1、Introduction

    Where a registered trademark is assigned, the assignor and assignee shall conclude a contract for the assignment, and jointly file an application with the trademark Office. The assignee shall guarantee the quality of the goods in respect of which the registered trademark is used.

2、Requied documents

    (1) Assignment application form, with the company seal or the signature;

    (2) Power of attorney, with the company seal or the signature (No legalization or notarization is required);

    (3) Copy of Business certificate or the identity certificate, with the company seal or the signature;

    (4) The original Assignment contract.

3、Procedure

    (1) Filing assignment application

    Official filing notice will be issued by CTMO within one month after formality examination.
