1、Function

    (1) In the event of a dispute of the rights of software copyright, software copyright registration certificate is a powerful weapon to advocate the rights of the software, while is the necessary conditions for access to the courts, the request for judicial protection.

    (2) During software copyright trade, the software copyright registration certificate, as the right proof, is in favor of the transaction smoothly completed. At the same time, certification of the national authorities will enable the software works value doubled.

    (3) Operate or sell the software products in China legally and can be published.

    (4) Enjoy preferential policy.

2、Requied documents

    (1)Power of attorney, with the company seal or the signature (No legalization or notarization is required)；

    (2)Application form, with the company seal or the signature;

    (3)Copy of Business certificate or the identity certificate, with the company seal or the signature;

    (4) Source program: The first and last 30 pages, single-sided printing (less than 60 Full submission). Page 60 must be the end of the module pages. Not less than 50 lines (except the end of the page) per page.Stay out the gutter to the left of the page (Without binding), Mark the page numbers at the upper-right corner.

    (5) Documentation, such as: user manual, operation manual, design manual, manual either. The first and last 30 pages, single-sided printing (less than 60 Full submission). Page 60 must be the end of the module pages. Not less than 30 lines (except the end of the page) per page. Stay out the gutter to the left of the page (Without binding), Mark the page numbers at the upper-right corner.

    (6) The valid principal contract and the pledge contract. When the copyright of the objective software is shared by more than two persons, a written agreement by the co-owner is must.

3、Notes:

    (1) To conduct a software copyright registration, it may take 30 working-days to complete from China Software Registration Center. Software copyright registration certificate will be issued when the application meet the requirements.

    (2) Usage of software and technological characteristics (description of the following five points):

    A. The industry area and usage of the software;

    B. The hardware environment for development and operation of the sofrware (model and CPU), the software environment (operating system、name and version number of support software);

    C. The programming language、version number and number of program of the software;

    D.The creative purpose、main features and technical characteristics of the software;

    E.Retail price or quote of the software.
